Can I come by without an appointment?
You are welcome to come and view a vehicle during our opening hours. However, it is advisable to inquire with us in advance whether the vehicle has not already been sold.

How can I pay?
We accept the following payment methods: PIN (MAESTRO), (international) bank transfer and cash. Our bank details can be found in the menu selection bar "Contact, address details".

Can I order via the internet?
Of course you can also buy a vehicle from us via the internet. If you send an email with the relevant car number, your name and contact details, we will send you a proforma invoice with our bank details.

Are the prices stated exclusive or inclusive of VAT?
All our stated prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Vehicles that remain in the Netherlands are subject to VAT, provided it is a vehicle that is subject to VAT. The 0 rate, or no VAT obligation, applies to exports of vehicles outside the EU.

When do I have to pay VAT?
Most of our customers do not have to pay VAT. If you live in an EU member state outside the Netherlands and you have a valid European VAT number, you do not have to pay VAT. In that case we speak of an intra-Community supply. For Dutch customers, we are obliged to pay 21% VAT on a business vehicle.

Can I pay at cars2africa with Letter of Credit (L/C)?
cars2africa does NOT accept Letter of Credits.

What are the shipping costs?
In the menu selection bar under "Shipping" you will find information about shipments. For vehicles listed on our site, you can immediately see the shipping price for many destinations. This applies to vehicles with standard dimensions. Shipping prices for vehicles with different dimensions and trucks are always available upon request.

Does cars2africa arrange transport to the departure port?
In the menu selection bar "Shipping" you will find extensive information about transport and its costs.

Can I place goods in vehicles?
Transporting goods in vehicles is prohibited.

How do I know where my vehicle is and when it will arrive?
Under the menu selection bar "Track & Trace" you can track your vehicle with your reference and chassis number.

Shipping delay?
If your purchased vehicle is shipped and the shipping company experiences a delay due to unforeseen circumstances, cars2africa is not responsible for this. We will always keep you informed in case of delay.

How do I get an export license plate?
In the menu selection bar you will find all relevant information under "Export service".
