1. Can I visit you without making an appointment?

During opening hours you are alway welkom to visit us to view a vehicle.

We do however advise you to contact us beforehand as the vehicle may already have been sold.

2. How can I pay?

We accept de following payment methods: debet card (MAESTRO), domestic / international bank transfer or cash.

On the website (contact, adresse)  you will find all the bank details.

If you have found a vehicle you want to buy just send us an email (info@cars2africa.com) with the carnumber, your name, adresse and telephone number. We will send you a proforma invoice with the bank details. After you have paid the full amount, we start with the shipment procedure.

4. Are your prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT (BTW)?

All prices shown are exclusive of VAT (BTW).

For export from vehicles outside EU countries there is no VAT obligation.

5. Do I have to pay VAT (BTW) when I buy a vehicle from you?

Most of our customers do not have to pay VAT (BTW). You do not have to pay VAT if you are domiciled in an EU member state outside the Netherlands and you have a valid VAT-number. Transactions of this nature are intra-community supplies. In the case of Dutch business customers, we have to charge 21% VAT (BTW).

6. Can I pay with a letter of credit (L/C)?

No, cars2africa does not accept letter of credit as payment.

7. What are the costs for shipment?

In the menu selection bar " shipping" you will find information about shipping. For prices please contact cars2africa, 0031-332867088 or send an email to info@cars2africa.com with mark, type and measures of the vehicle and we will send you an offer.

In the menu selection bar " shipping" you will find the information about the prices of the transport to the port.

9. Can I place goods in the vehicles?

The client is responsible for the sent goods (cars2africa is NOT responsible).  

The Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment / Human Environment and Transport Inspectorate can give you an overview of the applicable rules.

10. How can I follow my purchased vehicle?

In the menu selection bar " Track & Trace" you can follow your vehicle by filling in your reference and chassis number.

11. Shipment delay?

cars2africa is not responsible when due to unforeseen circumstances delays appear in the shipping company. In case of delays, cars2africa will keep you informed.

12. Can I bring my purchased vehicle only for shipment?

Only shipment is also possible at cars2africa. See the menu selection bar " shipping"  for further information.

13. How do I obtain an export registration plate?

You will find all the information in the menu selection bar " Export service".

14. How do I know if cars2africa is reliable?

More than 25 years of experience and a high proportion of repeat customers are clear indicators of our professionalism. Most of our customers buy there vehicles by phone or internet.
